(About Allison Arden)
Allison Arden is the Founder and CEO of SOUL + CO, a company that helps people and companies gain greater self awareness through insights experiences, art and soul. Through simple tools for individuals and organizations based on universally familiar concepts, SOUL+CO is a new platform designed to allow organizations to prioritize investments and drive success.
Allison is a transformational business leader and advocate for leveraging our platforms for good. A frequent public speaker, she is the author of The Book of Doing: Everyday Activities to Unlock Your Creativity and Joy, focused on bringing out individual creativity to impact people’s lives and their everyday contributions. She spent the majority of her career launching new businesses within Advertising Age, the media platform for the advertising, marketing and media industries. As the brand's publisher for nearly a decade, she steered Ad Age through the most volatile period in its 80-year history, amidst the economic downturn at the center of an industry undergoing seismic change. This experience gave her a deep appreciation for the incredible challenges we face in business and personal transformation, as well as a passion for finding the opportunities in these moments.
Allison serves on the boards of the VCU BrandCenter, John A. Reisenbach Foundation and iFundWomen, as well as the She Runs It (AWNY) Foundation Board. She is a member of the AAF Hall of Achievement and a two-time finisher of the NYC Marathon.
Allison is a Brooklyn native and currently makes her home with her husband and their two children in Manhattan.
